Balayage Specialist
Brenda has over 20 years in the industry. She is married and is a mother of 2. Brenda has been a color educator for L'Oréal professional and Enjoy haircare, which has allowed her to work next to many top level stylists in the country.
She opened Haven Salon in 2013 to give hairstylists a creative space to be artistic. She enjoys having clients walk into an upscale salon and feeling comfortable.
One of her favorite things as an owner is seeing clients come in, grab a cup of coffee or glass of wine, almost as if they have a sense of being home. Walking through our doors, feeling relaxed and ready to be pampered!
Brenda has selected some of the best stylists in the area. Her team is definitely like a family. You can see how well everyone works together and genuinely likes to be around each other.
Nicole Killian
Blonding Specialist
Nicole has been doing hair since 2010 and has called Haven her second home since 2014.
She is always up for a challenge to give clients what they are looking for. She specializes in blondes of all tones and techniques, from platinum blondes to soft rooted balayages. Check out her work.
Alecia Baldare
Custom Hair Extensions + Dimensional Blonding
Alecia is a mother and Las Vegas native but has been in OC since 2014. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, she specializes in Custom Hair Extensions, Dimensional Blondes, and Brazilian Blowouts.
A graduate from Paul Mitchell the School, Alecia has continued her passion for education by attending multiple classes a year, taught by industry leaders.
Brands such as Brazilian Bond Builder, Schwarzkopf, Wella, and Oligo are some of the top of the line products she uses behind the chair.
Hand Tied Wefts and Genius wefts are her go-to for creating a custom look when installing hair extensions.
The Haven Salon has been Alecia's home since 2014, where she provides an upscale experience from consultation to the final photo in the end.
Ariel Ply
Blonding Specialist
Ariel has been in the hair industry for 14+ years and has called Haven home since 2015. Ariel has always loved doing hair and was a "social butterfly" growing up, so choosing a career in cosmetology was a no brainer. I mean who wouldn't love a job where they get to know people on a more personal level and make them feel beautiful and confident about themselves at the same time...SCORE!
Ariel loves doing all color but specializes in blondes, balayage of all types, highlights and loves to give a haircut that's moveable, bouncy and full of life for that healthy finished look.
She is also experienced in Keratin Smoothing treatments to tame that frizz and cut down your styling time to make your life easier on a daily basis.

Lindsey Corrine
Dimensional Blondes + Brunettes
Lindsey graduated from Vidal Sassoon in Santa Monica in 2003. She went on to apprentice and specialize in color in Beverly Hills for 2 years. She continued to work in Beverly Hills for 5+ years learning more about he craft until she settled in Los Alamitos, California. Her specialties are blondes, highlights, extensions and Brazilian Blowouts.
Jackie Oppenlander
Haircutting + Low Maintenance Blonding
Meet Jackie. She is a mom of four. She has been in the hair industry over 13 years. She is passionate in low maintenance blonding for longevity. She loves doing all types of haircuts & making sure the health of your hair is a priority. She will educate you on how often you should be coming into the salon and how to take care of your hair at home. Jackie has a passion for making sure each one of her clients are leaving the salon beautiful and happy!
Out of the salon, Jackie loves going to the beach with her kids, being involved in school events and going on long drives blasting 90s music.
Carol Miyasaki
Carol has been in the industry for over 25 years. She is very knowledgable in Goldwell and has a variety of color and cut clients. She works part time in OC and part time in Manhattan Beach.
Amber Morales

A graduate from Paul Mitchell The School, Amber has been doing hair since 2018.
She specializes in haircuts and dimensional blonding, but also enjoys doing balayage and highlights.
Amber loves the confidence boost she is able to give clients behind the chair.
On her free time, she loves going on vacation with her boyfriend and dog or spending quality time with family.

Meet Monick, a talented hairdresser and mother of three who specializes in lived-in color for both blondes and brunettes. With over four years of experience in the industry, Monick enjoys creating natural, effortless looks that enhance her clients' beauty. Healthy hair is always the top priority and making sure your hair fits your lifestyle.
As a busy mom, Monick understands the importance of versatility and low-maintenance styles, which is why she loves creating lived-in color that grows out beautifully and requires minimal upkeep.
When she's not behind the chair, Monick can be found spending quality time with her three children and husband of 16 years, enjoying outdoor activities and taking her kids to their sports games.
